NATIONWIDE STUDIOS PHOTO CONTEST 2026

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. THIS PROMOTION IS SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. OFFERED ONLY IN THE UNITED STATES.

1. SPONSOR

The Nationwide Studios Photo Contest 2026 (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Nationwide Studios, 237 Molly Walton Drive, Hendersonville, TN, 37075 (“Sponsor”).

2. ENTRY PERIOD

The Promotion begins at 5:00 a.m. Pacific Time on February 12, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on April 10, 2026 (“Entry Period”). Sponsor’s server clock is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.

Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open only to individuals who, as of the date of entry:

a) Are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia;
b) Are currently enrolled in middle school, junior high school, high school, or a homeschool equivalent; and
c) Are at least thirteen (13) years of age.

Individuals under eighteen (18) years of age or under the legal age of majority in their state of residence (each, a “Minor”) must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian (“Guardian”) to enter. Guardian must agree to these Official Rules and execute all required Release Forms on behalf of the Minor.

Directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents of Sponsor and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members are not eligible to enter or win.

Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of age, residency, school enrollment, and eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such proof upon request may result in disqualification.

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the Entry Period, entrants must visit:

Categories

Entries must be submitted in one (1) of the following categories:

• Everyday Student Life
• Game Day Glory
• Learning in Action

An Entry may be submitted to only one category. The same photograph may not be entered in multiple categories.

Submission Process

To enter:

  1. Complete the required Entry Form, including name, email address, date of birth, and any other requested information.

  2. Upload an original photograph meeting the requirements below.

  3. Submit a signed Release Form for the photographer and all identifiable individuals appearing in the photograph. If any individual is a Minor, a parent or Guardian must sign on their behalf.

  4. Click “Save and Finalize” to complete submission.

Limit five (5) entries per category per photographer during the Entry Period.

Entries must be received during the Entry Period. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt.

Entries may not be modified after submission. Entrants may request withdrawal of an Entry prior to winner selection by contacting Sponsor in writing.

Automated, script-generated, artificial intelligence, or fraudulent entries are prohibited and will be disqualified.

5. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Each entry (“Entry”) must comply with the following:

• Must be an original photograph captured by the entrant.
• Must have been taken within two (2) years prior to submission.
• Must not have been previously entered in a Nationwide Studios Photo Contest.
• Must not include any content generated in whole or in part using generative artificial intelligence tools.
• Must not be materially altered using AI-based editing or enhancement tools beyond the limited adjustments expressly permitted herein.
• Must not contain watermarks, logos, or promotional messaging.

Permitted adjustments include minor cropping, basic exposure correction, and color correction only. Composites, heavy retouching, filters, digital manipulation, or AI-assisted editing are not permitted.

Sponsor reserves the right to request the original, unedited image file (including RAW file, if available) to verify authenticity and compliance with these Official Rules.

Sponsor reserves sole discretion to determine whether an Entry complies with these requirements.

6. PROHIBITED CONTENT

Entries must not contain content that Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion:

• Is obscene, indecent, sexually explicit, defamatory, or offensive
• Invades privacy or publicity rights
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Promotes discrimination, hate, violence, or illegal activity
• Is subject to third-party restrictions limiting Sponsor’s usage rights

Failure to comply will result in disqualification.

7. OWNERSHIP AND RIGHTS

By submitting an Entry, Entrant irrevocably assigns and transfers to Sponsor all right, title, and interest in and to the Entry, including all copyrights and intellectual property rights, in perpetuity, without additional compensation.

If Entrant is a Minor, Entrant’s Guardian, by signing the required Release Form, hereby irrevocably assigns and transfers to Sponsor all right, title, and interest in and to the Entry on behalf of the Minor.

Sponsor shall have the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, create derivative works from, display, and otherwise use the Entry in any media now known or later developed, including but not limited to marketing emails, social media, websites, print materials, advertising, and commercial brochures.

Notwithstanding the foregoing assignment, Sponsor grants Entrant a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the Entry for personal, non-commercial purposes, including portfolio use and educational submissions.

Entrant represents and warrants that:

• The Entry is original;
• Entrant owns all rights in the Entry;
• All required Release Forms have been obtained;
• Submission does not violate any third-party rights.

Entrant agrees to execute additional documents if reasonably required by Sponsor to effectuate the assignment of rights.

8. RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION

Entrant (and Guardian, if Minor) agrees to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or related to the Entry, participation in the Promotion, or Sponsor’s use of the Entry.

If required releases are incomplete, invalid, or insufficient, the Entry may be disqualified. Sponsor may request additional documentation at its discretion.

9. JUDGING AND WINNER SELECTION

Entries will be judged by a panel selected by Sponsor based on:

• Storytelling relevant to school experience
• Technical quality
• Emotional impact and composition
• Originality
• Overall strength of the image

Judging will occur on or about May 1, 2026.

Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters.

10. PRIZES

One (1) Grand Prize Winner:
$500 B&H Gift Card
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $300

Three (3) Category Winners (one per category):
$100 B&H Gift Card each
ARV: $100 each

Total ARV of all prizes: $600.

A single entrant may win both a Category Prize and the Grand Prize.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Prizes will be awarded within approximately thirty (30) days after winner verification.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash.

All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor may require completion of IRS Form W-9 if applicable.

Prizes are awarded “AS IS.”

11. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winners will be notified via email and must respond within seventy-two (72) hours. Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, corrupted, or technically faulty entries.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or submits fraudulent information.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion due to fraud, technical failures, force majeure events, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.

13. PRIVACY

14. DISPUTES AND ARBITRATION

Except where prohibited by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules in the State of Tennessee.

Entrants waive the right to participate in any class action. All claims shall be brought individually.

Tennessee law governs this Promotion without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

15. WINNERS LIST

Winning entries will be posted on the Promotion Website on or about May 15, 2026.
